"50% more referrals come to companies looking for employees"

Hundreds of thousands who have been ejected from the job market have jumped about 50% in the number of referrals that come to companies looking for employees, according to Spetz data that developed a chat-bot system that manages job applicants.
According to Yam Dvir, CEO of Spatz, in cases where this is a senior and wanted position, a number of references are coming to new heights, which poses an impossible challenge for HR managers. For example, a large Israeli company looking for an internal organizational consultant was required to deal with 1800 applicants, who submitted a large amount of information The human filtering of the system has revealed that most of those who have applied are irrelevant to the job requirements, and probably have done so because of the heavy pressure they are in.
Spetz's algorithm works as a chatbot talking to the candidate and shortly examines his data and answers on questions of experience, education and other essentials for the job. We also examined information provided by candidates on previous jobs, social networking activities and more.
The system is integrated with Wetsap, Messenger, E-mail, Likdain, Instagram and other convenient communication platforms, sends reminders about interviews and keeps candidates in the picture about where they are, so that good candidates know they are on track.
The artificial intelligence-based algorithm knows how to identify candidates who are about to drop out of the process, alert them to it and recommend a course of treatment as they may be the best fit for the company. At the end of the process, the person in charge of the screening process receives a limited list of candidates who are relevant to him.
According to Yam Dvir, leaving the full screening process in human hands creates unnecessary frustration for both the company personnel who have to go through a great deal of information and give endless negative answers as well as the job seekers, many of whom remain in the dark and often do not receive it. This is especially true in the current period that there are huge numbers of job seekers in Israel and abroad. In the end, the process causes the choice to be made at random rather than the best. There are even cases where it is available and answered by phone.
From the company's experience communicating with applicants in the most effective Wetsap. It results in 90% response rates and an average of about 12 minutes. Applicants are asked questions beyond the official forms of salary expectations, their degree of flexibility, willingness or desire to work from home and more. Some share more information about themselves and their expectations that helps to make a connection that is good for all parties and expressed great satisfaction with the process, even if the answer they received is negative, so that the company's reputation grows in order to attract quality employees in the future.
Spatz was founded by Yael Florenthal, VP of Operations, Alon Slutsky, VP of Technology and Sea Dvir, and employs 10 people in Israel and the US. The company recently raised $ 750,000 from the US GoAhead Ventures fund
