The Planning Administration marks 2018 as a year that will focus on advancing the strategic housing plan, with an emphasis on quality planning that includes infrastructure aspects, which will address all the needs of the residents and promote urban renewal. Recently, an amendment to the law was approved allowing the committee to plan areas for urban renewal.

A significant record was recorded in the area of ​​approval of housing units of the Israel Lands in planning institutions. The government's target for 2017 was 65,000 and in effect 78,483 units were validated, approving the plans constituting 131% of the government's target.In 2018, the Israel Lands Authority decided to shorten its marketing time and increase the number of marketing hikes above the annual demand.

The company has published 17 tenders, this year occupied a second project in Ramat Hasharon and doubled the scope of land for long-term rental and the projects that are marketed there: about 2,200 units for long-term rental combined with retail space And employment of 18,000 square meters.
