Klil Group Announces Senior Appointments as Part of Strategic Expansion

The Klil Group, Israel’s leading manufacturer of aluminum and window systems based in Karmiel, has announced a series of key executive and board appointments as part of its ongoing growth and expansion into new markets.

Ms. Mirit Wollman has been appointed Vice President of Finance for the Klil Group. Wollman holds a master’s degree in finance and financial engineering, a master’s degree in law, and a bachelor’s degree in economics and management.

She brings extensive financial management experience from her previous roles as VP of Finance at the Hadera Paper Group and A.A. Politiv.

Wollman succeeds Yoni Robinson, who retired after an impressive 37 years with Klil.

New Appointments to Klil’s Board of Directors

The company also announced two new additions to its Board of Directors, both of whom bring significant experience from Israel’s business and industrial sectors:

  • Ayelet Tsrafati Rosen – A senior executive with extensive management experience across major companies. Over the past decade, she served as CEO of iDigital and the Icon Group, as well as CEO of the snack division at Osem. In the past year, she acted as a strategic advisor to Klil, supporting the company’s business development initiatives.

  • Shlomo (Mumi) Shalev – Currently serves as active chairman of the public companies G.F.C. and XTL Biopharmaceuticals, which are traded on both the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and NASDAQ. Shalev is also an entrepreneur and investor in Tri-Tube, and has held senior roles as chairman and CEO in several leading industrial and investment firms.

Klil Group Chairman Zuri Dabush commented on the new appointments:
