India’s Dynamic Staffing Signs Deals With 105 Israeli Factories Amid Surge in Demand for Foreign Labor

Dynamic Staffing Services (DSS), India’s largest supplier of foreign industrial workers, said it has signed agreements with about 105 Israeli industrial plants in recent months to provide thousands of skilled workers, citing a sharp rise in demand across the sector.

The factories receiving workers include manufacturers such as Tempo, Tambour, Phoenicia Industries and Dr. Gav, among others, the company said.

Expansion Plans for Israel

Samir Khosla, chairman of Dynamic, said the company plans to supply around 1,400 foreign workers to Israel’s industrial sector in 2026.

“To date, the company has supplied more than 200,000 foreign workers to the industrial sector worldwide, across approximately 30 countries,” Khosla said. “Israel is an important growth market for us.”

Dynamic began operating in Israel about 18 months ago and has since brought in roughly 6,000 skilled workers. As part of its expansion, the company recently opened a representative office in the central Israeli city of Modi’in to serve as a local hub for clients.

Demand Driven by Wages and Bilateral Ties

Company executives attributed the rising demand to labor shortages in Israeli industry and to Israel’s relatively high wages for skilled workers.

“Since Israel offers some of the highest wages in the world for skilled Indian workers, and given the strategic relationship between India and Israel, this is a key market for our long-term vision,” Khosla said. “It also supports our goal of helping Indian workers build better lives.”

India is the world’s largest exporter of overseas labor, with workers widely regarded for their professionalism, discipline and adaptability, attributes that Dynamic says underpin its global growth.

About Dynamic Staffing Services

Founded nearly 50 years ago, Dynamic Staffing Services is one of India’s oldest and largest recruiters of blue- and grey-collar workers for overseas employment. The company has deployed more than 500,000 workers to clients in around 30 countries, serving sectors including construction, manufacturing, aviation, healthcare, hospitality and industry.

DSS says it is committed to ethical recruitment practices, compliance with international labor regulations and building long-term partnerships between employers and skilled workers worldwide.
