A special employment fair will be held for the laid-off employees of Harsa. Chairman of the Histadrut Arnon Bar-David, Mayor of Be'er Sheva Rubik Danilovich and representatives of the Manufacturers Association of Israel agreed at a special meeting on the establishment of a placement fair in which dozens of job opportunities will be offered for the employees of the Harsa factory,
The meeting took place as stated in the presence of chairman of the Bar-David and Beersheba Mayor Danilovich, CEO of the World and in the presence of Ophir Alcalay, darling Oknin Secretary of the trade union Histadrut, headed by Meir Babayof, chairman of the workers Harsa Igor Grimn and committee member Simon Hillel, Chairman of the Southern Region of the Manufacturers Association of Israel Amir Hadas and Director of the Space Aviv Hatzbani.
The meeting was also attended by a deputy general manager of Manpower Group of the Manpower Group Michael Weitzman, general manager of metropolitan transportation company Lawrence Mualem and human resources manager Shani Maimon and Sagiv Mualem of Dan Beer Sheva.
The parties agreed at the meeting on the importance of social responsibility and their commitment to finding a quick employment and economic solution for those who were laid off, most of them residents of Be'er Sheva and the surrounding area. It was agreed that the Histadrut in the Negev will soon hold a special employment fair with the participation of Metropoline, Dan Beer Sheva and the placement company Manpower, in which dozens of jobs will be offered to the employees of Harsa.
