The Reply.ai bot chat solution will support AmTrust's Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) and will manage customer interactions to improve customer service and communication times and billing, payment and policy management platforms.
Verishow will provide AmTrust agents and representatives with video chat capabilities, including shared browsing, document interaction, and an approved e-signature.
