Milotal Launches “Air Crunch” – A New Generation of Quick-Cook French Fries

Israeli food manufacturer Milotal is launching “Air Crunch,” a new French-fry product developed specifically for preparation in air fryers.

The company describes Air Crunch as a premium French fry made from a specially selected potato variety and produced using a dedicated technology and manufacturing process developed for air-fryer cooking.

According to Milotal, the result is a crispy French fry that can be prepared quickly and conveniently, with a recommended cooking time of just 8–10 minutes.

First Product in a New Air-Fryer Range

“Air Crunch” is the first product in a new series that Milotal plans to develop specifically for air-fryer preparation.

The company says the new range is designed to respond to the growing popularity of air fryers and to consumers' demand for convenient food products that can be prepared quickly at home.

A Major Player in Israel’s Frozen Fries Market

Milotal's production facility is located in the Miluot North Industrial Zone, near Israel's northern border with Lebanon.

The plant is considered one of Israel's largest and leading French-fry manufacturing facilities, with the company holding an estimated 20% share of the Israeli market.

The launch of Air Crunch marks an expansion of Milotal's product strategy beyond conventional frozen French fries, with a focus on products tailored to specific cooking technologies and changing consumer habits.

With its short preparation time and dedicated air-fryer formulation, Air Crunch is positioned as a product aimed at consumers seeking a combination of convenience, speed and texture.
