ASSA ABLOY Israel Expands Community Support and Donates 200 Locks to Guide Dog Center

ASSA ABLOY Israel is expanding its community engagement activities through continued support for the Israel Guide Dog Center, a nonprofit organization that provides assistance to blind and visually impaired people and supports IDF veterans coping with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

As part of the ongoing collaboration, ASSA ABLOY Israel donated approximately 200 locks and cylinders to the Israel Guide Dog Center.

Supporting Independence and Quality of Life

The Israel Guide Dog Center trains and provides guide dogs free of charge to people who are blind or visually impaired. In addition, the organization operates specialized programs for training service dogs for IDF veterans coping with PTSD.

The service dogs assist veterans in their daily lives, strengthen their sense of security and contribute to improving their quality of life and independence.
