Hadas Water Launches HDS LUMINA a Premium Under-Sink Hot and Cold Water System

Israel's under-sink water filtration market is expanding rapidly as consumers and businesses increasingly seek convenient access to filtered hot and cold water without sacrificing kitchen space or design.

Against this backdrop, Israeli water solutions company Hadas Water has developed HDS LUMINA. This concealed under-sink system provides high-volume filtered hot and cold water directly from a dedicated premium faucet.

The company says the system was developed in response to changing consumer preferences for integrated water solutions that combine functionality with a cleaner and more modern kitchen environment.

Premium functionality beneath the countertop

Unlike conventional countertop water dispensers, the HDS LUMINA system is installed beneath the sink, leaving the kitchen counter largely unobstructed.

The system combines a concealed water-treatment and temperature-control unit with a prominently designed faucet, allowing users to access filtered hot and cold water directly from the tap.

According to Hadas Water, the design is intended to provide both greater convenience and a more refined appearance, particularly in contemporary kitchens where countertop space and visual simplicity are increasingly important.

High-capacity hot and cold water delivery

HDS LUMINA incorporates separate heating and compressor-based cooling systems designed for high-volume daily use.

The hot-water reservoir has a capacity of up to four liters, while the cooling system can provide up to three liters of cold water. The company says the relatively large hot-water capacity makes the system suitable not only for drinking but also for everyday kitchen tasks, including filling pots.

The heating temperature can be adjusted according to the user's requirements, while cooling is based on a Huayi compressor.

The combination of high output and concealed installation also makes the system potentially suitable for office environments, where demand for hot and cold drinking water can be significantly higher than in a typical household.

Advanced filtration and built-in safety features

The system uses an H401 Heavy Duty filtration cartridge designed to reduce chlorine, off-tastes and scale.

Hadas Water says the filtration system complies with relevant Standards Institution of Israel (SII) and NSF requirements.

HDS LUMINA also incorporates built-in safety mechanisms alongside its adjustable heating system and compressor-based cooling technology.

Designed to free up countertop space

A central element of the product is its concealed architecture.

The system is installed beneath the kitchen sink, while only the dedicated faucet remains visible. This configuration provides users with direct access to filtered hot and cold water while eliminating the need for a separate countertop water dispenser.

Key features include:

  • Premium-designed faucet with a high-end finish
  • Concealed under-sink installation
  • More available countertop space
  • Convenient access to filtered hot and cold water
  • Adjustable hot-water temperature
  • Compressor-based cooling
  • Four-liter hot-water capacity
  • Three-liter cold-water capacity
  • H401 Heavy Duty filtration system
  • Built-in safety mechanisms

Targeting the growing demand for integrated water solutions

The launch comes as the Israeli market for under-sink water systems gains momentum, driven by demand for convenient filtration, improved kitchen aesthetics and space-saving appliances.

Hadas Water's approach positions LUMINA not simply as a water filtration system, but as an integrated kitchen appliance combining filtration, heating, cooling and dispensing in a single concealed unit.

The company is currently marketing HDS LUMINA to consumers seeking a premium alternative to conventional countertop water systems, as well as to offices and other environments requiring a high daily volume of hot and cold filtered water.

Price and payment options

The HDS LUMINA system is priced at NIS 5,900, with an option to pay in 10 monthly installments of NIS 590.

With its combination of concealed installation, high water capacity and premium faucet design, HDS LUMINA is aimed at a growing segment of consumers looking to integrate water treatment and temperature control directly into the kitchen rather than adding another appliance to the countertop.
