Brickstone Launches Initiative Offering Free Safe Deposit Boxes to Reservists

Brickstone, Israel’s largest company specializing in the establishment and management of private safe deposit complexes, has launched a new campaign to support military reservists, offering free access to secure vaults for those who have completed extended service.

Under the initiative, individuals who have served more than 90 days on reserve duty are eligible to receive a safe deposit box at one of the company’s facilities for three months at no cost and with no obligation. The annual rental cost of such a safe is estimated at approximately 2,390 shekels.

The company currently operates three high-security safe complexes across Israel, designed to provide maximum protection and discretion for clients.

Dvir Indig, CEO of Brickstone and a lieutenant colonel in the reserves, said the campaign is intended to recognize the contribution of reservists and ease some of the burdens they face.

“Many reservists are going through a challenging financial and personal period,” Indig said. “This is our way of expressing appreciation and offering practical support.”

CALL FOR BROADER CORPORATE PARTICIPATION

Indig also called on other companies in Israel’s business sector to join similar initiatives to support reservists, particularly those serving extended periods.

He emphasized that broader participation by the private sector could help strengthen motivation for reserve service and provide meaningful assistance to those balancing military duties with civilian life.

GROWING FOCUS ON RESERVIST WELFARE

The initiative comes amid increasing attention to the economic and social challenges faced by reservists, many of whom have been called up for prolonged service in recent months.

BriCKSTON’s campaign reflects a wider trend of private-sector involvement in providing benefits and support to Israel’s reserve forces, as the country continues to navigate ongoing security demands.
