Assisted living facilities in Israel are reporting a noticeable increase in demand for residential units in recent weeks, amid heightened security tensions and the war with Iran.
The Azrieli Group’s assisted living network, Palace Assisted Living, said interest from seniors and their families has grown significantly in the period leading up to the military escalation and since the outbreak of the conflict.
Industry officials say the uncertainty created by the security situation has encouraged more families to consider secure, organized living environments for elderly relatives.
Special Promotion Across Five Leading Facilities
In response to the growing demand, the Palace network has launched a special promotional campaign offering discounts of up to ₪100,000 on the purchase of residential units.
The campaign applies to units across the network’s five assisted living residences, located in:
-
Tel Aviv
-
Ra'anana
-
Modi'in
-
Lehavim
-
Rishon LeZion
The promotion will remain in effect until the end of March, according to the company.
Wide Range of Residential Options
The Palace network offers a variety of residential units in different sizes, designed to accommodate varying lifestyle needs of retirees and seniors seeking independent living with access to services, security, and community life.
Company representatives say the recent increase in inquiries reflects a broader trend in which families are seeking stable and well-protected living environments for older relatives during periods of national uncertainty.
Growing Interest in Senior Living Solutions
Senior housing operators note that security concerns, along with demographic trends and rising life expectancy, are contributing to a gradual expansion in Israel’s assisted living sector.
The Palace network said the current campaign is intended both to respond to the rising demand and to make senior housing more accessible to families considering a transition to assisted living during a complex period for the country.
