Hadas Water Launches Premium ‘Spirit Sparkling Bar’ With Built-In Soda System

Hadas Water, one of Israel’s leading developers and marketers of purified water bars, is launching a new premium model featuring an integrated soda system and advanced smart controls.

The new product, branded the Spirit Sparkling Bar, combines purified, chilled, hot and carbonated water functions in a compact unit designed for home and office use.

Touchscreen Interface and Smart Carbonation

The Spirit Sparkling Bar features a 7-inch touchscreen and an intuitive user interface that enables quick selection of dispensing modes — including preset options for a glass, mug, bottle or baby bottle — at the touch of a button.

The system includes programmable carbonation with three selectable levels of soda intensity.

According to the company, the bar requires only an electrical connection and can operate either through direct connection to a building’s water infrastructure or independently via a removable six-liter water tank.

Reverse Osmosis Filtration

The device incorporates a reverse osmosis filtration system designed to prevent scale buildup and deliver high-quality purified water.

Hadas Water says the compact structure and streamlined installation process are intended to simplify adoption in private homes.

The Spirit Sparkling Bar is priced at NIS 4,900.

Consumers can alternatively purchase the unit through a payment plan of NIS 189 per month for 36 months. The package includes service and filter replacements for three years.

Founded in 2003 by entrepreneur Udi Simani, Hadas Water reports that it has sold approximately 160,000 purified water bars in Israel to date.

Looking ahead, the company plans to introduce an under-sink system in 2026 that will provide hot and cold purified water and include a dedicated Shabbat mechanism designed for Sabbath observant users.

Simani said the company’s vision is to make the water bar category accessible to a broad consumer base while continuing to develop products that anticipate market needs.
