Along with the establishment of the "Kiryat HaTza'arim" neighborhood, as part of the overall plan, the old neighborhoods in the city, headed by the Yoseftal neighborhood, will be upgraded. Thanks to the project, a renewal plan for approximately 960 existing housing units, which currently do not meet the earthquake standard, will be promoted through a plan for the renewal of an entire neighborhood in the city.
