The youth project in Kfar Saba: 1.5 billion NIS will be invested by the State of Israel

Discounts for locals can reach up to a million shekels. The project will also include housing units for long-term rent, half of them at a discounted price.
Along with the establishment of the "Kiryat HaTza'arim" neighborhood, as part of the overall plan, the old neighborhoods in the city, headed by the Yoseftal neighborhood, will be upgraded. Thanks to the project, a renewal plan for approximately 960 existing housing units, which currently do not meet the earthquake standard, will be promoted through a plan for the renewal of an entire neighborhood in the city. This is a program that is all about distributive justice in one of the oldest neighborhoods of the city. In addition, 950 new housing units will be built in the renovated Yoseftal neighborhood, which will be marketed at a target price, of which hundreds of units will be marketed at a target price to the residents of the city of Kfar Saba.
