Israeli high-tech companies enable fathers to combine careers and parenting

More and more companies are aware of the employees' desire to balance an intensive career in high-tech that involves many hours of work, the desire to be better parents.

Many high-tech companies have begun to develop creative and varied solutions that are all the same, enabling fathers to combine careers and parenting.

Iron Sources gives fathers paid maternity leave so they can be with the family two weeks after giving birth. In the field of maternity leave, they combine a week of work with shortened days without burn-out in wages or on vacation days due to them. The company also provides vacation days at its expense on important days for parents such as the first day of school, Hanukkah and more.

At Kaltura and Taylor Brands, they are able to work from home so that they can be flexible in bringing the children out of the educational institutions, taking them to the doctor if necessary, and handling the requirements of the family unit.

Pendbucks conducts professional workshops for employees of professional parenting.

The Pioneer company allows us to split the day's work so that the worker can be with the children in the afternoon and complete the tasks in the evening.
