Some 250 employees of the Migda-Teva plant in Kiryat Shmona are on strike after saying that negotiations with Teva's management have come to a standstill in light of the decision to cut back on Teva's management.
According to sources close to the negotiations, the terms of the agreement include a three-year worker protection network, in which if they are fired by the new employer, they will receive increased bonuses as they received workers at other closed sites. The workers were promised that they would enjoy the same working conditions as they do today in nature.
