Bank of Israel Governor Karnit Flug was awarded the "A" rating by an international magazine

Bank of Israel Governor Karnit Flug returned to Israel from Bali, Indonesia, where she attended the annual meeting of the Board of Governors of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank, which dealt with the macro-economic situation and risks to the global economy.
During her visit she participated in the panel "The future of finance", which dealt with the future of the financial system; The many opportunities and expected changes in the financial system and ways to manage the risks inherent in it. In addition to participating in the conferences, the meeting held working meetings with the Chief Economist of the IMF with the participation of representatives of the Ministry of Finance and other senior officials of the IMF and the World Bank, governors of central banks, policy makers and senior economists from various countries.
During the visit, the award ceremony of Global Finance magazine was held in 2018, during which the Governor was awarded the "A" rating.
After her visit to Indonesia, she participated in a conference of the International Bank of Surinam (BIS) in Hong Kong.
