Minrav won 2 tenders for a total consideration of NIS 318 million

Minrav reported on Tuesday that Minrav Engineering, which it owns, won two tenders for a total consideration of NIS 318 million.
The company will set up student dormitories for 580 students in the Negev, to be built in 14 5-storey buildings, each with a total area of ​​33,000 square meters, for NIS 188 million. Including the execution of infrastructure works, the development and construction of auxiliary commercial areas, and the duration of the work is about two and a half years from the date of receiving the building permit.
This is not the company's first dormitory project. About a year ago, Minrav Engineering began building student dormitories at the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya, a project that includes 750 rooms in three 13-story towers, as well as the establishment of additional student dormitories in Beer Sheva.
In addition, Minrav reported that it will establish an office and industrial campus for the companies Africa Properties and the Weizmann Institute at the Weizmann Science Park in Nes Tziona, with a built-up area of ​​16,000 square meters, as well as an underground parking lot on two levels of 28,000 square meters In exchange for NIS 130 million, and the construction of the campus is expected to take two and a half years.
