Dynamic Staffing Expands Operations in Israel’s Industrial Sector

Posted on Jul 22, 2025 by Ifi Reporter - Dan Bielski

Dynamic Staffing Services (Dynamic), India’s largest international skilled workforce recruitment agency, has expanded its operations in Israel beyond the construction sector to now serve the country’s growing industrial workforce needs.

After establishing a presence in Israel in November 2023 by supplying skilled workers to the construction industry, Dynamic has now begun recruiting and deploying skilled industrial workers to major companies across the country. Among its new Israeli industrial clients are leading manufacturers including Tempo, Tambor, Dr. Gev, Phoenicia Glass, and others.

Samir Koshla, Chairman of Dynamic, stated, “Since 1977, Dynamic has supplied more than 200,000 skilled industrial workers to clients in over 30 countries. We are excited to work with Israeli industrial companies and aim to mobilize at least 2,000 skilled industrial workers by the end of 2025.”

Meeting Israel’s Growing Industrial Demand

Dynamic reports that approximately 40% of the skilled workers it deploys globally work in diverse industrial roles—ranging from precision manufacturing for the defense industry to food processing and plastics production.

According to Koshla, the most in-demand positions from Israeli clients include:

  • Machine operators

  • Maintenance workers

  • Mechanics

  • Food industry workers

  • Supermarket staff

  • Engineers and technicians

  • Warehouse and inventory workers

Proven Success in Construction Sector

Over the past 18 months, Dynamic has provided more than 5,000 professional workers to over 45 Israeli construction companies. The company is currently in the process of bringing in hundreds more to support ongoing infrastructure projects.

Dynamic has built a reputation over nearly five decades, having provided over 500,000 skilled foreign workers to clients in 30 countries across industries including construction, manufacturing, infrastructure, hospitality, and healthcare.

Its global client list includes some of the world’s leading firms:
Honeywell, Schneider, Dow Chemical, Hyundai, Samsung, POSCO, Doosan, Air Liquide, Sodexo, Mitsubishi, Mars Inc., Borealis Chemicals, Schlumberger, and KBR.

Focus on Skilled and Experienced Candidates

Dynamic prides itself on providing highly experienced personnel—requiring each worker to have at least 10 years of total experience, including a minimum of 4 years working outside their home country. This approach, Koshla said, ensures quality placement and high employer satisfaction.

“Israel offers one of the highest wage levels in the world for foreign workers,” Koshla noted. “Our clients deserve top-notch employees who have proven themselves in similar roles. That’s why we conduct rigorous screening and even invite Israeli employers to India for face-to-face interviews and testing of candidates.”

Bridging Cultures with ‘Shalom-Namaste’

To ease cultural and communication barriers, Dynamic has launched a unique training program—“Shalom-Namaste”—which prepares Indian workers for life and work in Israel. The program includes:

  • Hebrew language instruction

  • Israeli workplace culture training

  • 13 weeks of free access to a dedicated learning app after arrival in Israel

“Communication is essential to a foreign worker’s success,” Koshla emphasized. “This program helps close that gap significantly.”

A Global Legacy of Trust

With 22 global offices and nearly 350 employees, Dynamic's infrastructure and reach are unmatched in the industry. Its local Israeli team, combined with experience operating in Israel since 2023, provides it with valuable insights into client expectations and local workplace norms.

“Indian workers have built a trusted global reputation for being loyal, skilled, and adaptable,” Koshla said. “With a population of 1.5 billion, Israel can find the right workers from India—success depends on the right partner. Our satisfied Israeli clients are proof that Dynamic delivers.”

Highlighting India’s contribution to the global workforce, Koshla pointed to the success of Indian expatriates leading global corporations such as Microsoft, Google, Chanel, and Novartis.
