Marvell decided to lay off 90 of its employees

Marvell has completed the acquisition of Cavium and will receive the 70 employees of its development center. At the same time, Marvell decided to lay off 90 of its employees. The company has undergone several rounds of layoffs and its number of employees has fallen from 1200 to at least 700. Marvell's development center is one of the company's largest. The headquarters is in the United States.
Marvell reports that they do not respond to intra-organizational issues.
Marvell entered the Israeli market 18 years ago after acquiring the Israeli company Galileo.
