Hadas Water, one of Israel’s leading developers and manufacturers of purified water bars, has signed a distribution agreement with Rivos of Brooklyn, New York, to market the Shabbat-compliant “Spirit Plus” water bar to the local Haredi community.

The deal marks Hadas Water’s first entry into the United States, after years of growing export activity in other international markets.

The “Spirit Plus” is described as a unique, compact and stylish smart water bar, incorporating automatic technology for weekday use and a special mechanical operating system that allows access to both hot and cold water on Shabbat and Jewish holidays.

The product is certified by Badatz Mehadrin and the Technological Institute for Halacha, ensuring full compliance with Shabbat regulations.

Advanced Filtration

Hadas Water’s filtration systems are differential and site-specific, designed according to water quality at the customer’s location.
The “Spirit Plus” features a 1-micron filtration level, with enhanced filtering capabilities in areas prone to heavy scale.
The company provides complete scale-treatment solutions, part of its broader focus on high-quality purified drinking water.

CEO: Entry into U.S. Market Is “Groundbreaking”

Udi Simani, CEO and founder of Hadas Water, said the new collaboration represents a significant milestone:

Until now, Hadas Water’s export operations have focused on Mexico, Panama and Cyprus.
The company has set ambitious targets for 2025–2026, aiming to expand its activities to approximately 15 countries.
