The Histadrut's Cellular, Internet and High-Tech Workers 'Union, headed by Yaki Halutzi, Chairman of the Hot Mobile Workers' Committee, Eli Cohen, and representatives of the Hot Mobile management have signed a new collective agreement that will apply to about 250 of the company's employees.
The agreement is the second collective agreement signed by Hot Mobile, whose employees joined the Histadrut in 2014. It will be valid until the end of 2022 and renews the agreements reached in the first collective agreement signed in 2016.
As part of the agreement, Hot Mobile employees will enjoy an annual salary increase of 3% each year. The agreement includes additional benefits such as increasing the company's participation in expenses for meals, adding clothing and health insurance at the employer's expense to the children of the employees as well.
The negotiations were accompanied on behalf of the Histadrut by the secretary of the trade union, Hadar Siloki, and Adv. Anat Gutman of the Legal Bureau in the Trade Union Division.
The chairman of the Histadrut, Arnon Bar-David, said: "I congratulate the employees of Hot Mobile, the company's management and the union of mobile Internet, Internet and high-tech workers, headed by Yaki Halutzi, who succeeded in signing a proper and balanced agreement that will improve employment conditions at the company. "All this with a challenging and complex economic crisis taking place in the background."
Ilan Brock, CEO of HOT mobile: "Human resources are the key to our prosperity and throughout the Corona period we took care to keep our employees - we did not take any workers to the IDF, we did not harm the scope of workers' work and wages. "In addition to promoting the company, along with maintaining managerial flexibility. HOT mobile sees employees as successful partners and will continue to work for their benefit. I would like to thank all the partners in the process."
The chairman of the Cellular, Internet and High-Tech Workers' Union, Yaki Halutzi, said: "We have a good working relationship with Hot Mobile and we see this in the excellent agreement we signed for the benefit of the workers. In such a period of economic insecurity, it is important to convey resilience and fairness in the collective agreement as well - it is good for the employees and good for the business. I would like to congratulate the workers' committee and the company's management on the completion. "
