Gindi TLV Equips New Towers with YALE® Smart Locks Worth NIS 2 Million

Real estate developer Gindi TLV has equipped 770 residents of the third and fourth towers in its flagship Tel Aviv residential project with LINUS™ L2 smart locks by YALE®, at a total estimated value of NIS 2 million.

The LINUS™ L2 represents Yale’s new generation of smart home security solutions. The lock enables automatic locking and unlocking without the use of a physical key and is fully operated through the Yale Home mobile application. Residents can enter via app or code, manage access permissions remotely, and track entry logs in real time—features increasingly relevant for modern urban living and security-conscious households.
