sPARK, the Israeli company from the incubator TerraLab Ventures, which developed "Polly. the Parking Ferry" app, announced today the signing of a global commercial agreement with OPnGO, a French company from the international Infra Park Group. In the past few months both companies have created a joint pilot, which included integration of technologies, demonstrated in three cities in Europe. Now, after signing the agreement, the product will be deployed in hundreds of cities around the world in the next few years. The company expects this agreement to generate revenue of 6 million dollars in the next three years.

"Polly the Parking Ferry", launched two years ago, enables easy navigation to parking. Unlike other apps, "Polly" addresses all aspects of parking seeking – from personal recommendations for parking around the destination, locating ideal parking in real time, navigating from departure to the parking spot, information regarding street parking on the way and walking navigation from the car to the destination and back. After the successful launch in Israel, in the past year "Polly" has become available also to millions of drivers in Paris – where the app won "the best parking app" award, thanks to the high quality recommendation and accurate time estimation of arrival, parking, and walking to the destination. As mentioned, the cooperation includes a financial investment in sPARK and an integration of features of OPnGO and Polly into a single product for drivers and municipalities around the world. Furthermore, the app users will enjoy various parking services, such as real-time personalized recommendations for the ideal parking spot, smart navigation to parking including directions from any starting point directly to parking, pre-booking of parking space in parking lots, discounts and membership services, automatic payment for parking in parking lots without standing in line, payment via cellphone for street parking and parking lots, etc.

OPnGO is a French startup founded in December 2015 by Infra Park. The service, launched in June 2016, offers the first digital parking "All-in-one" experience via app and website. The service simplifies parking for drivers by directing them to available parking slots in parking lots, and enables them to compare prices between public and private lots. The app offers a unique interface, smooth user experience, ease of use and time saving. The advanced ordering functionality enables drives to save up to 50% of the cost.
