Work has begun on establishing TERA PARK Ashkelon - the largest high-tech park in Israel. The Ashkelon Municipality, through the Ashkelon Economic Company and with the support of the Israel Land Authority, has begun work to establish TERA PARK Ashkelon - the largest high-tech park in Israel that will serve as a center for innovation, science and business and change the employment map in Israel.
The park, located at the entrance gate to the city as a new and large urban complex, a concentration of companies, organizations and institutions engaged in advanced technologies, research and development - will soon become of national and international importance in these areas.
The park brings with it an unprecedented line in the field of employment in the city in particular and in Israel in general. Thanks to careful planning, the park will provide a wide range of employment opportunities and offer thousands of new, advanced and diverse jobs in the fields of clean industry (high-tech), technology, biotech, research and development, offices, commerce, hotels and more.
The park is located about 40 km from Tel Aviv and 15 km from Highway 6. The park will be a modern and accessible transportation center and will also include a new electric train station that will allow easy access from Gush Dan and the south and a pedestrian bridge. .
