eBay will recruit 100 employees in Israel

EBay has announced its intention to recruit 100 new employees to its R & D center in Israel operating in Netanya. The company will recruit employees for a series of positions. It will recruit software engineers, information researchers, and image processing experts. They will be able to participate in the development of eBay's advanced technologies and will influence the shopping experience of hundreds of millions of people worldwide.
The recruitment of employees for the center in Israel is a direct continuation of the company's CEO staement who visited Israel last June and said that eBay will double the number of employees in Israel within a few years. The company's research and development center in Israel currently employs some three hundred workers.
EBay CEO in Israel Yuval Matalon said he is excited about the company's intention to recruit another 100 employees. He said that while many companies in the Israeli economy are forced to fire employees, dozens of employees are recruited. He emphasized that the recruitment of workers is an expression of absolute trust in the potential of the Israeli people and for this he is proud. Matalon added that eBay is also intensifying its development activities in Israel, which are currently focused on Structured Data, by adding three additional development units that will focus on programmatic selling, which includes predicting product inventory and pricing products using artificial intelligence, as well as computing vision, Visual products and fashion tech that will deal with the definition and construction of a world-class fashion experience.
