IAI has signed a cooperation agreement with the Bosnia-Herzegovina government to establish an online cyber academy in the country. As part of the agreement, the cyber experts of the Elta Division and the Singapore subsidiary, Custody Technologies, will conduct targeted training accompanied by the company's cyber simulator / trainer, TAME RANGE, which is a unique platform that simulates a wide range of cyber scenarios and enables practice, learning and application in the field. In addition, the coach has online verification and testing capabilities of the content being taught and he provides students, users and operators with a real-time snapshot of the nature of the attack and the courses of action and their quality. The academy will provide tools that will help increase awareness and the ability to identify cyber events and placements and monitor cyber crisis management processes - all through the coach.
The project is part of the national vision of the Bosnian government Herzegovina, to increase state involvement in the cyber worlds, including international cooperation, leveraging technologies, infrastructure development and strengthening research in the field. The implementation of the project is spread over several years. IAI is a world leader in the development and implementation of national cyber arrays and in cyber protection of critical arrays. IAI leads the Israeli Cyber Companies Consortium (IC3) and the Israeli Aviation Cyber Companies Consortium (IAC3) established under the auspices of the Israeli Ministry of Economy. The consortium represents a diverse group of Israeli cyber companies with complementary areas of expertise, in order to provide holistic and comprehensive cyber solutions both at the national level and for cyber protection for civil aviation.
Elta CEO and IAI VP Yoav Turgeman said that "IAI is a world leader in the development and implementation of national cyber arrays, across all their components. In the Corona era, we are seeing an increase in cyber attacks and a growing demand for cyber experts at the national level. The new in Bosnia will make it possible to address the need for cyber experts and is an important part of the cooperation with Bosnia as an important building block in protection against cyber incidents.
The online connection is made through a secure cloud that knows how to contain the work environment learned and allows online access to distance learning, a fact that improves and streamlines the physical arrival at the university or study environment as it exists today. The establishment of the online academy is an innovative initiative that enables the retention of business customers, the development of new initiatives and the accessibility of the company's technologies in the spirit of the period.
