Cultural performances will resume immediately in open spaces. The complexes will be divided into capsules of up to 20 people in each group. Each performance will require prior approval from the Ministry of Health. This is the outline that was agreed upon on Sunday evening and presented at the end of a meeting of representatives of the cultural industry with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Minister of Finance Israel Katz, Minister of Culture and Sports Hili Trooper and Minister of Health Yuli Edelstein. Simultaneously with this meeting, several hundred people from the cultural industry demonstrated in front of Bnei Gantz's house in Rosh HaAyin under the heading "Where is my son?".
Netanyahu said at the end of the meeting: "We have made a decision to open the performances in open spaces, under capsules in a very controlled setting. At the same time, to examine the possibility of opening the performances in closed spaces under Prof. Gamzo's traffic light program, he will present it to us in the coming weeks. We want to move immediately with performances in the open public space "
According to the outline formulated in recent weeks, it will be possible to enter cultural events in the open air, when the complexes will be divided into capsules of up to 20 people per capsule, there will be separate entrances at each event while ensuring the audience enters, accompanied by ushers. Minister of Culture Trooper congratulated: "I am very happy that the world of culture is coming back to life. The Prime Minister, the Minister of Finance, the Minister of Health and I held an important meeting with artists, and it was agreed that the performances in the open spaces can return immediately. "
Along with the concessions given to the artists in rehearsing the performances the Corona Cabinet added restrictions on the public. This is in an attempt to reduce the number of infections that do not decrease. For some reason the government is not willing to point out the real culprits - the ultra-Orthodox and the Arabs. If in the Arab sector there is a willingness to close the ultra-Orthodox explain to their audience that secularism is the main problem. Rabbis explain to their believers that the Blessed One hurts the ultra-Orthodox more because they are more equal.
The Corona Cabinet has approved regulations regulating the restrictions on business activities, workplaces, places open to the public and gatherings, as well as the rules of conduct in public space in the shadow of the spread of the Corona virus. In addition, the current rules for jobs have been anchored.

As for workplaces that do not receive an audience, the rules that have applied to date have enshrined in the regulations that up to 10 people in a closed area and 20 people in an open area do not apply, and instead guidelines apply to employers on how to act to minimize virus infection. Thus, in practice, jobs that do not receive an audience continue to operate properly and continuously. In addition, regulations exempting workplaces from the need to comply with the rules as much as possible are stipulated in order to maintain the continuous activity of the economy.
