The government ministers (Tuesday) confirmed in a telephone poll the cancellation of a series of restrictions created for the Corona period. Tomorrow, swimming pools, tourist attractions and the number of people allowed in confined spaces will be opened. As decided by the Prime Minister's Office, the restaurants, bars and public transport will also be opened. It was stated that "the reliefs have been approved due to the prolonged decline and stabilization in the number of new verified patients every day, in view of the steps taken by the government to prevent the spread of the corona virus."
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said: "We received a lot of joyful news today. First of all, we want to help the economy - the business owners and the self-sufficient people who are looking forward to this moment. "Drink beer, too. Make a living, but we are also following developments, and in keeping with the development of morbidity, we are preparing accordingly. Hope we don't have to change the guidelines."
Amendment No. 15 provides that owners of restaurants, bars, pools, gyms or tourist attractions that open their doors without establishing a mechanism for regulating the number of customers and marking queues - will be fined NIS 2,000. The swimming pools will open on condition that the visitor ratio is one person per 6 square meters.
The government also approved doubling the number of customers in each store - from one person on every 15 square meters to one on every 7 square meters as long as there is a two-meter distance between customers and customers.
In the case of restaurants, business owners will need to regulate customer entry according to the permitted occupancy in their business license (when employees are also counted), and in places that can accommodate more than 100 customers - occupancy will not exceed 85%. The ban on sitting in malls and markets for eating will also be abolished.
Owners of halls and banquets that will allow more people in their area - will be fined NIS 5,000. Business owners will need to fill out an online form on the Ministry of Economy website up to two business days from the publication of the new regulations.
Youth movements are expected to return tomorrow. Returns will be graded, and according to the instructions. Each branch will be appointed "in charge of Korna". Those attending activities must wear masks and maintain distance and hygiene rules. The return will be made at the moment except for the issue of field trips which include accommodation due to the lack of ability to maintain hygiene rules.
The government ministers confirmed that while traveling in a car, two passengers can be transported in addition to the driver (except for passengers who live together), and if the car has more than one rear bench - one passenger can be added. Due to the removal of the congregation restrictions, up to 50 people in a closed building - the restriction on up to 19 celebrants in circumcision will also be abolished.
Yesterday, Egged announced that the west of the inter-city buses would return to normal operation - and the special reinforcements for the Corona days would end. Following the directive of the Ministry of Health and Transport, it was decided to limit the number of passengers on the intercity bus to 46 people, and 49 passengers on urban travel. Joint buses can accommodate up to 75 passengers.
Due to the June 8 postponement of the train operation, the buses leading to and from the train stations will not return until then. Also, the night lines will not return to activity yet, and the academic lines will return as needed in accordance with the return to study in academic institutions.

The schools that are expected to operate in the summer during the vacation will only run until August 8. Student parents will be charged for this service and will apply until the 4th grade. This emerges from the Ministry of Education's outline for the operation of the schools of great freedom agreed at a meeting in the Prime Minister's Office.
According to the elementary school curriculum, it will last until 13.7 and then there will be 18 days of schools of great freedom, a kind of summer camp for parents, who will. Noon: The Ministry of Education will also run noon for preschoolers, until 4 p.m. The cost of the outline is NIS 700 million.
The outline is a big victory for the teachers' union, as the Treasury has had to give up its demand that teachers give more than nine days of great freedom for the online learning period. The reason for this is probably the position of the Ministry of Education that should be seen in online learning in the post-Passover period as a full-time job.
Following the closure of educational institutions and especially following the closure of the economy, the understanding was formed that children should continue to be held during the great days of freedom to allow parents to return to regular work.
The Prime Minister's Office said that "the school year and the postponement of the Great Freedom will allow parents to continue their regular work, save many households' spending on summer camps and help the economy recover from the crisis.
Education Minister Yoav Galant defined the partial outline "A day of gospel for parents, students and the economy as a whole. He said, "This is a move that expresses the government's commitment to bring the education system back on track and to address the challenges of the Corona period."
