AIr-India flight passed Saudi air space and landed in Israel

At Ben-Gurion International Airport landed the first commercial flight that passed  the Saudi air space. it was a flight from India to Israel. On the Air India plane, there were two hundred and sixty passengers, including the Israeli Foreign Ministry Director-General Yuval Rotem. He wrote on Twitter that the flight over Saudi Arabia proved that the Middle East was changing, and that the Indian company would operate three weekly flights to and from Israel.
Israeli transportation Minister Yisrael Katz said that this was an historic moment and that the skies of Israel are connected to the skies of Saudi Arabia by one direct flight. He expressed the hope that this is the first swallow announcing the opening of additional airports in all directions

Saudi Foreign Minister Adel Al-Jubeir said that the fact that his country and Israel have common interests does not require relations between the two countries. Al-Jubeir, who is visiting Washington, said in a speech at the Brookings Institute that the fruits of the peace process should come at the end and not at the beginning of a peace process, otherwise there will be no incentive for progress.
