Israeli fighter jets attacked Syria and prevented an Iranian drown attack; Big explosion near Beirut

Air Force fighter jets have attacked Syria and thwarted an attempt by the Iranian Quds Force to attack Israel's targets through Iranian
quadocopters.The attack was in the village of Aqraba, southeast of Damascus.
IDF Spokesman Ronan Menalis said the planes attacked several buildings where the members of the operation and their equipment were also. The attacked squad tried to do their arial attack on thursday.
IDF Spokesman stressed that yesterday a commentary was published in the Khayan daily affiliated with the Iranian regime stating that Israel would not be surprised if unmanned aerial vehicles were targeted and attacked in the coming days.
Prime Minister and Defense Minister Benjamin Netanyahu says Israel thwarted an assault against it in a major operational effort sent by Iranian Quds Force and Shiite militia.
Netanyahu emphasized that Iran has no immunity anywhere. "Our forces are operating in every direction against the Iranian aggression," he noted. The PM went on to say that an assumption would be made for every scenario. "We will continue to work against Iran and its affiliates with determination and responsibility for Israel's security."
Opposition Syrian Human Rights Monitoring Center reports that Air Force planes have attacked foreign militia loyal to Syrian regime in the area between a-Sayyid Zainab and Damascus International Airport, in southern Syrian capital. Several missiles were reported to have reached their destination, but Syrian anti-aircraft systems were able to intercept several other missiles launched at the area. No casualties were reported at this time.

Arab and Lebanese media first reported an explosion heard on one of the streets of Beirut's southern suburb, Hezbollah's stronghold. The Associated Press reported that residents of southern Beirut talk about a fierce explosion in the Hezbollah stronghold that caused a fire. Some residents claimed that the explosion was caused by the overthrow of unmanned Israeli aircraft. Hezbollah official later told Reuters that another unmanned aircraft was shot down in Dahiya district.
