My father, a resident of Givat Shaul near the entrance to the city, prepared to leave the house before the incident. "Suddenly we heard an explosion, the whole neighborhood shook," he said. "My wife said that it was probably the weather and we continued with the preparations, but two minutes later we heard the screams and panic from the entrance to the city and realized that something had happened."
