In a pioneering move aimed at improving the integration and productivity of foreign workers in Israel, Dynamic Staffing Services, India’s largest international recruitment agency, has launched a comprehensive Hebrew-language training initiative for Indian workers. The program, titled “Shalom-Namaste,” is being developed and delivered in collaboration with Workforce24, a tech company focused on migrant worker solutions.

The initiative, launched in India ahead of the Jewish High Holidays, aims to prepare incoming workers linguistically and culturally before they even arrive in Israel — a first-of-its-kind effort in the region’s foreign labor market.

13-Week Training Tailored for Israel’s Labor Market

The "Shalom-Namaste" program is a 13-week Hebrew language training course that incorporates live and recorded lessons, practice exercises, and access via a mobile app. It has been specifically designed for workers entering industries such as construction, manufacturing, retail (supermarkets), and more.

The course includes:

  • Workplace-specific vocabulary

  • Israeli culture, geography, and traditions

  • Integration of Indian languages with English and Hebrew

The training is delivered using a blend of live classes and digital platforms, ensuring accessibility for participants across India.

More Productive Workplaces in Israel

Samir Koshla, Chairman of Dynamic Staffing Services, emphasized the importance of language proficiency:

“Shortly after arriving in Israel in November 2023, it was clear that Hebrew and English skills were essential for the safety, productivity, and integration of foreign workers. Unlike the Gulf, where support communities exist, Israel requires us to actively build bridges — and the ‘Shalom-Namaste’ program does exactly that.”

Koshla noted that the initiative enables safer workplaces and better team integration, particularly important given the complexity and high-risk nature of sectors like construction.

Employer Demand Expands Program Scope

Due to demand from Israeli employers, the program is being expanded to include workers from Sri Lanka and Thailand, with native-language support to be integrated into future versions.

Devendra Rawat, Team Manager at Workforce24, explained the vision:

“We combine technology with live training to achieve win-win results for workers and employers. Better-trained workers adapt faster, integrate more easily, and stay longer.”

Early Adoption by Leading Israeli Companies

Major Israeli employers have already seen success with the program.
Shikun & Binui, via its subsidiary SOB, was one of the first to adopt the “Shalom-Namaste” program.

Eric Tapiro, CEO of SOB, shared:

“This is more than a language program — it’s a human bridge. We've seen improved confidence, collaboration, and operational efficiency. Our workers are not only thriving at work but also building connections in their communities.”

Similarly, Flyshn Ltd., a labor contractor, was part of the program’s pilot.
Nitai Slovik, Business Development Manager, added:

“Language connects people. This program fosters a sense of belonging — not just better workplace communication but a true community feeling.”

5,000+ Workers Already Placed by Dynamic in Israel

Since launching operations in Israel in November 2023, Dynamic Staffing Services has already placed approximately 5,000 professional workers across 45 companies in the construction sector. More recently, it has begun staffing industrial facilities as well.

Founded nearly 50 years ago, Dynamic has supplied over 500,000 foreign workers to clients in 30 countries, with a client list that includes global giants such as Hyundai, Samsung, Honeywell, Schneider, Mars Inc., and Mitsubishi, among others.
