The judges ruled: "Moreover, even with regard to the disqualification of evidence due to the alleged execution of investigative actions, before granting approval for their execution, we were not convinced that the request, the body, the preliminary stage of the hearing and findings in the case must be determined before the evidence is heard. The defendant's claim regarding the performance of some of the investigative actions without the counsel of the counsel, including orally, and the issues that arise from it regarding the evidence obtained from these actions, must be clarified in the melting pot of the criminal proceedings and after hearing the evidence.
