India’s Dynamic Staffing Services Expands to Israel, Opens Representative Office in Modi’in

India’s largest company specializing in recruiting professional foreign workers — is expanding its operations in Israel and has announced the opening of a representative office in Modi’in. The new office will serve as a local coordination and client service center for the company’s growing network of Israeli partners.

Over the past 18 months, Dynamic has provided more than 5,000 skilled workers to around 100 Israeli companies across sectors including construction, industry, commerce, and services.

Amnon Hatav appointed as head of Dynamic’s Israel operations

The new Modi’in office will be managed by Amnon Hatav, a veteran in fostering India–Israel business relations with a long record in public service, corporate governance, and international partnerships.

Hatav commented:

“My cooperation with Dynamic began in November 2023 — a critical period for Israel and its economy. Initially, I provided consulting and support services for the company’s entry into Israel, and I’m honored to now officially represent Dynamic as its country head.”

According to the company, the Modi’in representative office will serve as a local hub for customer relations, business development, and coordination with Israeli institutions. The goal, said Khosla, is not only to improve operational efficiency but also to “deepen ties with the Israeli business community and reinforce people-to-people relations between the two countries.”

Dynamic notes that Israel remains one of the most attractive destinations for Indian professionals, offering some of the highest global salaries for skilled workers. The company views its expansion as both a strategic business opportunity and a contribution to strengthening India–Israel relations.
