Three residents of the Arab city of Tira, all in their 20s, were shot and killed late Tuesday night while traveling in their car near Moshav Sde Warburg in the Sharon region, police said. According to initial findings, the shooting was linked to an ongoing dispute, and a manhunt for the suspects is underway.

Following the attack, the victims’ vehicle continued moving and collided with a bus near the Beit Berl area. Emergency responders pronounced all three men dead at the scene.

Emergency Crews Pronounce Victims Dead at Scene

Magen David Adom (MDA) paramedics who arrived at the scene found the three men with critical injuries and no signs of life. “They were unconscious, without a pulse and not breathing,” said MDA paramedic Liad Agi. “After medical examinations, we had no choice but to declare them dead.”

United Hatzalah paramedics Yosef Malachi, Kochav Almog, Eden Naim and Ephraim Levi reported that the men, aged approximately 25 to 30, were found inside the vehicle with gunshot wounds and were pronounced dead due to the severity of their injuries.

Fire and Rescue Services also operated at the scene. Incident commander Reshef Mor Shishatsky said firefighters conducted “complex rescue operations” to extract the victims from the vehicle following the collision.

Victims Identified as Members of the Shafik Family

According to reports, the three men were members of the Shafik family. Police believe they were shot while driving, and that the incident was part of a blood feud tied to an ongoing conflict.

Sharon District police are continuing to investigate the circumstances of the shooting and are searching for those responsible.

Recent Killings Highlight Escalating Violence

The triple killing follows a series of deadly incidents in recent days. On Sunday, a 26-year-old man, Hamoudi Kasum, was shot dead at the entrance to his home in the northern town of Eblin. His father was murdered two years earlier. Police said Kasum’s killing was connected to another shooting in the town a day earlier, in which 58-year-old Rauf Marisat was killed.

According to the Abraham Initiatives, an organization that tracks violence in Arab society, the latest murders bring the number of people killed since the start of the year to 32, including 28 Arab citizens.

Calls for Urgent Government Action

In response to the incident, the Abraham Initiatives said: “This triple murder should shock the entire country. Arab citizens are being murdered daily. Jews and Arabs must act together to eradicate crime—there is no time to waste.”

Pattern of Triple Shootings Continues

The incident is the latest in a troubling pattern of multiple-victim shootings. About a month ago in Shfaram, three men were shot dead while on their way to work. In September, three young men from the Qadi family were killed in a shooting in the Bedouin community near Segev Shalom.

Police investigations into those cases are ongoing, amid growing public concern over the escalating violence and the lack of effective deterrence.
