Last weekend, 15 corona patients died, and another person died today. Only three of them had a valid vaccine. By midnight, 654 positive corona patients had been diagnosed out of about 37,000 tests, and 380 patients were hospitalized in critical condition. Full data on 453 Corona patients who died on 18 September
A breakdown by the Ministry of Health shows that two of the deceased in the last month are aged 19-10 and one was young in his 20s. In addition, five women and one man died in their 30s and 20 Israelis in their 40s.
The highest number of deaths in the last 30 days is in the age group 79-70. Data from the Ministry of Health show that 120 patients of this age, 66 men and 54 women, died of corona. Today, another 26 new critically ill patients were added - 19 of them are not vaccinated, four are vaccinated without validity, two are vaccinated and for another patient the Ministry of Health did not provide data. That is, 76% of the new severe patients today, for whom data were provided, are not vaccinated in a single dose.
Tomorrow, Prime Minister Naftali Bennett will discuss expanding the "green classroom" model to kindergartens as well and exempting children from being isolated in the afternoon. Two days later, on Wednesday, a discussion will take place in which it is expected to decide on the opening of Israel to incoming tourism of vaccinated people from 40 countries as early as November. Meanwhile, Israel receives tourists only in groups - and from September 19, 1,500 tourists arrived in Israel. The decision will be made according to an outline formulated by the Ministries of Health and Tourism, according to which only vaccinated people who have not passed half a year from the second dose will be able to enter. The government is also examining the easing of the green label for children under 12 and is considering whether to move the gyms from a green label to a purple label.
