7.3% of the severely ill are in their 30s - 3,084 have been diagnosed positive for Corona

3,084 Israelis have been diagnosed as positive for Corona since midnight. The positive rate out of about 51,500 deciphered tests stands at 6%. Data from the Ministry of Health show that 1,217 corona patients are hospitalized in hospitals across the country, 785 of them in critical condition and 261 respirators. Since the outbreak of the plague, 5,660 corona patients have died in Israel, 11 of them only today.
The rate of serious patients among those aged 60 and under continues to decline, due to the vaccination campaign. As of tonight, 56.5% of severe patients are over 60 years old. 19.7% of the severe patients, ie one in five, is in his 50s and 11.8% (one in eight) is in his 40s. 7.3% of the severely ill are in their 30s and 3.7% are young in their 20s. In addition, three girls, two boys and two girls are hospitalized in critical condition.
