In Modiin Maccabim-Reut the cornerstone laying ceremony for the construction of the giant Flex Israel plant took place yesterday.

The company continues to expand its operations in Israel and opens a new manufacturing center in the city, which will employ more than a thousand workers, about eight hundred of whom are employees of the existing factory in Yavne. His activities will be transferred to Modiin Maccabim Reut. In addition, hundreds of new employees will be hired in the new plant, which will provide a response to the growth in production, the technological development required and the future production needs, and the continued leadership of Flex in manufacturing investments in Israel.

 

The new building will be built by Mega Or in an area of ​​about 30 thousand square meters in the community's technological park

 

Flex was founded in 1969 and employs more than 200,000 people in 30 countries. In Israel, the company has been operating for 20 years and employs 4,000 people in Israel
