Priority acquires the Israeli company "Silverbait". Priority's additional acquisition expands its operations to the hotel industry and offers advanced business management solutions, including: a reception management system, an order center management system, an event management system, sales stands and more. The scope of the purchase in question - NIS 120 million.
The purchase of 'Silverbyte' is the fifth in a row that it makes in a year and four months, with a total amount of NIS 400 million. These acquisitions brought the company into the areas of business of commerce, education and retail, and now also into the hotel industry. The acquisition of 'Silverbyte' is synergistic with the company's operations and will enable the provision of even more advanced solutions by connecting to Priority's advanced ERP system and the company's retail solutions.
In Silverbyte's flagship system you can find a reception management system, an order center management system, an event management system, a spa management system, sales stands and more. The company has been consistently ranked in recent years in the first places in technology in the field of tourism, and its acquisition is expected to boost the ranking even further.
