The state-owned combat systems company Rafael will distribute a dividend of NIS 206 million to the state. Raphael's Board of Directors has decided to distribute the dividend following negotiations with the Companies Authority.
Recently, the Minister of Finance, Avigdor Lieberman, instructed the director of the Companies Authority, Michal Rosenbaum, to act to distribute NIS 1 billion in dividends from government companies. Rafael distributed a dividend of NIS 425 million in 2019, following the acquisition of Aeronautics together with businessman Avichai Stolro.
