According to the joint announcement to the Ministry of Finance and Education and Local Government, the declarations will begin to operate gradually in kindergartens and schools, for ages 3 to 8, and according to the preparation of each authority according to the outline, it was decided that in all clusters from the financial to the holdings from 1-10, and not only the authorities with A low socioeconomic index, frames will be opened in kindergartens as well as in grades 1, according to the current operating model.
