A German Airlines plane hit the tail of an El Al plane at Ben-Gurion airport

Safety event without casualties at Ben-Gurion Airport. A German Airlines plane that was pushed from behind hit the tail of an El Al plane on the ground. A Boing 737 hit the ElAl plane Boing 767. Both planes were about to take off. the ElAl plane was on it's way to Rome. Passengers from both flights were taken to the international termial. They will await their flights to their destination. the colision will be investigateed by the authorities. As a result of the collision, the German aircraft caused real damage. The preliminary investigation of the accident shows that the accident was caused by an impaired functioning of the tow truck.No one was hurt in this event.
