The government approved emergency regulations that allow it to declare restrictions on entry and exit from localities and neighborhoods to prevent the spread of the Corona virus. The first settlement to be declared in this framework is Bnei Brak, and the next to be limited are Elad, Modi'in Illit, Beitar Illit and Beit Shemesh. Residents of Bnei Brak cannot leave the city from now on except for medical treatment, a first-degree funeral or legal proceedings. The government will provide food and essential services to Bnei Brak.
