Tnuva fights the finance minister and demand ro raise milk prices

Shortly after Attorney General Avihai Mandelblit informed Minister of Finance Moshe Kahlon that he would not be able to defend his refusal to sign an order to update the prices of milk under the supervision of the High Court of Justice, Tnuva escalated the fight against the finance minister.
The largest food company in Israel, submitted an urgent request to the Justice Court to uphold the ruling. As part of its request, Tnuva contended that Kahlon's decision not to comply with the ruling and not to sign the amendment to the Milk Price Control Order is deliberate and conscious, and therefore the only way to force him to sign the order is to issue an order under the Court Order. In order to clarify that as a window deliberately ignores the Supreme Court's decision two and a half months ago, Tnuva presented more than 10 orders signed by the finance minister during this period.
