Waze navigation application will be implemented in "CarPlay" platform of Apple

The Waze navigation application announced a new collaboration with Apple technology giant and will be implemented in Apple CarPlay, as part of its mission to reduce traffic congestion and create a safer driving experience.
Connecting your iPhone to a car with a USB cable or wireless network will allow users traveling in cars based on CarPlay's multimedia system to download the Waze app, navigate to favorite destinations, select preferred routes, and report the state of the roads effortlessly.

"

The new integration of Waze in CarPlay will allow drivers to:
● Enter preferred home and work addresses within the vehicle, thus navigating easily, with one click, to pre-programmed destinations.
● Gather all the information needed for driving on one screen before embarking, including checking preferred alternative routes, adjusting voice settings, and more.
● Help the community and easily report loads, accidents and other road events through a dedicated digital menu.
● Receive visual and audio alerts in real time during the trip without taking your hands off the steering wheel.

The Waze app is available on Apple CarPlay starting today with the new iOS 12 operating system.
