El Al Israel Airlines is ranked 30th out of 72 on the list of the world's best airlines. The company's annual rating is based on accuracy of flights, quality of service and company fairness towards customers in the event of problems.
EL AL received a relatively low grade in the Accuracy section, but received a high rating in the service quality section and a medium grade in the Company's fairness clause. In the service quality section, El Al was ranked ninth, but in the Accuracy section it was ranked No. 63. First place in the ranking is Qatar Airways, followed by American Airlines and Aeromaxico.
The rating is based on the data on arrivals and departures collected by Air-Lipp and calculated according to the original schedule of the company. In addition, the company conducted a survey among thousands of customers to rate the quality of service flights on flights in sections like food, convenience and friendly staff. The fairness clause is based on Air-Halpe's core activity - a company that assists its customers in dealing with claims against airlines. This section relates to the efficiency of the Company in dealing with claims for compensation and the time it takes to transfer the compensation.
The most recent airline rankings are Thomas Cook, and before it isJet, which also operates in Israel, Kuwait Airlines and Corian Air.
The company also published a ranking of the best airports in the world, which includes three sections: meeting the schedule, quality of service and a variety of shops and restaurants. Ben-Gurion International Airport is not listed on the Air-Lifts list, but in the first place is Hamad Airport in Qatar, followed by Tokyo International Airport and Athens Airport, with Kuwait Airways and Lisbon Airport ranked first.
